It depends what kind of company you’re looking to register…and why. If you are founding a high-growth startup (or at least one that hopes to be) with the intention of growing rapidly, raising money from outside investors and eventually incentivizing your team with equity, then by far the easiest, fastest, least expensive and most powerful* way is to use Gust Launch.
For the other 80% of new companies check out Harvard Business Services (https://www.delawareinc.com). They are the third largest firm that does this, and the largest that specializes in working with individual companies (instead of law firms.)
They're also really good people with great customer service.
*My recommendation of Gust launch is completely objective, and has nothing to do with the fact that I founded the company and am its Executive Chairman… ;-)
